The Australian government has established The Global Business and Talent Attraction Taskforce as part of its response to COVID-19. The aim is to boost business and research by establishing clusters of activity aiding employment, the economy and national prosperity. One beneficiary is quantum computing at the University of NSW. Quantum computing brings together physicists, mathematicians and modellers and is attracting worldwide attention as the next form of super computers are designed and built.
